We went to the park again today, and there was a spider on the slide, and even though i have a huge phobia of all insects, bugs and things like that, i actually went and picked it up. I didn't have a panic attack like i usually would being around things like that . My eyes started watering up though and i think it was because i was terrified and also excited at what i did.
So maybe i might be able to get over my fear of spiders (and other bugs that just crawl) but i think bees and flying things will be a lot harder (or impossible)
