When Tucker was about 2 months old, I started going to the New Mommy meetings at the hospital where I ejected him. It's kind of a support group, though I don't like that phrase because it carries certain connotations that I'm not sure apply. Essentially, new moms (and some moms-to-be) get together for two hours once a week to talk shop, decompress, bring the kids, get out of the house, etc. As the weeks go by, some moms stop coming because they go back to work, some moms only come once or twice, but for the last year there's been a core group of five of us that bring our kids every week. So we've watched each others' babes grow up, bit by bit, and our 'support group' has morphed into a weekly play date. I've been calling it Baby Networking, because it's where I take Tuck to network with other babies.

Etc etc.

Anyway, so for Christmas, I drew this of our kids and made ornaments for the other moms, and one for the nurses who take turns presiding over the group :3
