Yes there is in fact a raft there. This is what I do for a living in the summer time. I've been guiding the White Salmon River since 2006. This is Husum Falls, a 15 foot class V waterfall that we run commercially during the summer and fall. It can be pretty violent, but if you have a good line going in and hang on tight it mostly goes pretty well. Often the raft will completely submarine and go six feet or more underwater before rocketing back up.
