Just got Manga Studio 5 today. A big leap from Manga Studio 4 EX that I've been using since 2009.

I'm messing around and getting familiar with tools and also looking for what's going to work for me.

So far, I did a little sketch of Chica from FN@WTF!? using a Pastel tool for my construct and used a Dark Pencil to do her body frame.

I'm still getting used and messing around. With this, I do plan on doing more art live streaming since MS5 is more compatible to Windows 10. MS4EX worked but not the way it was suppose to. I'll still use MS4EX on my other laptop for other sketches but I'm already enjoying the line weight presentation.

I'll mess around with the colors because it looks like I'll be using the airbrush more here for my color variations and shading in MS5 in comparison to the marker shading I always do on MS4EX.

I'm going to search the Pen tools to see which one that will work for me.

Personally, I like doing more black and white/grayscale comic art than colored ones.
