An attempt to impersonate the art style of the Pocket Monsters SPECIAL/Pokemon Adventures manga (nicknamed Pokespe by the fandom). Test subject is Spencer.

The art style of Pokespe changes quite a lot actually. I tried to stay with a consistent mix of the newer, more fleshed out style and the more chibi-esque style of faceblob in the GSC arc.

As for my shading... I think that ended up pretty consistent to my existing cell shading style so ehhh. Worth a shot though; makes me want to try more experimentation in various art styles.

(As a sidenote, I wholeheartedly recommend this manga to every pokemon fan out there. It kicks the anime rigt in the face quality-wise.)
