I am having such a great time in my Natural Science Illustration classes. Here is my latest assignment, a squid in watercolor.

One of the best things about my classes is that we get to take home all kinds of natural artifacts, shells, bones, horseshoe crabs, and even squid from the fish market! I can't put the squid on display, they'll rot quickly, but everything else is finding a happy home on my nature shelves.
