I can explain! So when I streamed Yakuza 0 I noticed in the hostess minigame (which is not that mini) the other clubs were called moon, mercury, venus, mars, jupiter. I went "huh like the inner sailor scouts"

Then I noticed the colors of the outfits, venus is yellow, jupiter green, mars red, mercury blue, And I went. "Oh that is really similar to the sailor scouts." Which lead to me making jokes about it, Calling Majima the Tuxedo mask of the group...which lead to me drawing this, which took me a few months due to life being life.
