Ah Jade love her character love this dress. She is so cool.

Any way for the arts. I did use a star brush on the dress to give it a wonderful star effect. Then for the background. I was trying to recreate the land of frost and frogs....failing a lot in the process trust me. So I decided to try a new thing using some frost and a cloud brush set. Yes people that snowy mountain is a cloud....I thought I could fool you guys did it work? I am guessing no.
