I was watching the awesome Chuggaconroy's Legend of Zelda Wind Waker Let's play https://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PLDAE150E05D3493F7 and well I just wanna say toon Link is adorable and I had to draw the cute little guy. I also had this funny image in my head of Link in the water making funny bubbles with his mouth, like you do when you are a kid....am I the only one who did that?

I tried to recreate the cell shading effect.
