The Red hulk....for those who don't know him
He is General Thad Ross, the father of Betty Ross, Bruce's former wife, who spent his time chasing after the Hulk. He came to be worked on by AIM and the Intelligencia and was infused with cosmic radiation and became Red Hulk.

This is a remake of a semi bad work I just wasn't happy with the first work....it didn't look shaded at all even though I knew how to shade. I think this one looks better. Is it a whole lot better? I don't know. But eh good enough.
