My room from the outside of the hotel. I Had just filled the balloons with Helium and Hi Float and needed to place them in the sun for a while to let the hi float dry. went out to the convention center to get my registration pack, looked up and saw this. it looks like Walsdolf is holding on the balloons and is just looking over the top of the window sill.

Usually yes. And if I left them there all day yes. The room was cold and damp. The hi float was drying properly. In fact one of the purple balloons did not float after filling. I needed to find a way to warm the balloons for an hour or so. So I put them in the sunlight. That worked :) they were only in the sunlight/window for about an hour or so. Those are 16in balloons that were inflated to only about 15.5in. I found great scuess underinflating when I know they will be carried around by a mascott. I have not have a pop in over 3 years doing this
