Sometimes I have to ask why I even try. It's clear my art will never be good enough. My brother hogs the computer with SAI and Photoshop 24/7 so there's no point in trying to use those. No matter how dedicated I am, I don't know if it'll happen? What do you think Bitcoon?

Awwh, don't say something like that! :< I know you have it in you to improve...

Even still I have problems with my own art, never feeling like I'm good enough, never feeling like I'll make it to the level of many artists I watch... but all I can do is keep pushing myself, improving little bit by little bit, doing one or two new things at a time to improve myself. It's a long process and it's hard to see my own improvement as it happens, but I'm slowly going somewhere. I think you can, too! Never give up hope~

Bit is right, a lot of getting better is not giving up, an artist is their own worst critic. Thinking your work isn't good is something a LOT of artists think, myself included. I think the best advice I could give in your situation would be to try traditional art for a while, that way you don't have to worry about someone using your art tools, and another key piece of advice, try to draw everyday, even if its just something like a sketch, work on stuff you're not experienced with, practice practice practice! Study from life, or other artists you really like. Ask others what they think of your work, look for feedback. I know it can be hard sometimes, but honestly chat rooms, forums and streaming can be some of your best tools. So in a nutshell, just keep at it, you'll get there eventually :)
