I sort of already wanted to try this, but then https://www.weasyl.com/submission/83022 that happened and I decided to use it as an excuse to develop an alternate Bit.
I need to flesh him out more as a character, but so far, he (Byte) is an accidental computer copy of Bit left behind and corrupted during a power surge. He came after Bit and stole most of his magic so he could manifest a physical form as well.

Linked this pic and Panda's entry in the description of the contest. And am working on a mini-project. I thought the Digi-Fighter idea sounded so cool that I'm putting together the roster right now. So far, Bit, myself, Panda, Ben, Josh Cat, and Hazel are playable.

This guy is so final boss material. Byte is Dante's Vergil, Mega Man's Bass, Ryu's Sagat, he's like the final boss in all those games.
