This was a pic I've been planning to do since October, I wanted to wait 'til the summer hols so I'd have more time for this. I did a first sketch back in early October and at the end of the month our class took a trip to Dublin to visit the Four Courts. We went into the High Court to see Laffoy J. in action (she's sharp as a tack, and wouldn't miss a trick, I'll give her that!) and I was sketching away frantically for the 10-15 minutes we were in there.

Acrylics on canvas, just so ye know....

(Boy, the trouble I put myself through for the sake of a few animal/courtroom puns! :D )
