This here is Frisk. He's a character from the PC RPG Undertale.

To be honest, I hate this sprite. It's ugly. The colors suck, the expression on his face is stupid. The simplicity of it and the game it's from are about the only things I like about it, but bleh..couldn't he look not so terrible? His skin is also a paler yellow because a regular yellow looked even more terrible.
