Painted flowers and ornate, scrolling vines decorate the face and interior panel of this sketchbook cover while soft, tan goatskin lines the inside. A sewn trim of cream thread brings it all together for a warm, yet bright, finish.
It'd been a while since I last created a custom sketchbook outside commissions, so wanted to test out doing a live-edge cover while also still lining the piece. Honestly really pleased with the resulting piece as it solidifies my decisions on revamping my sketchbook/journal cover design to give a much more impactful, quality product.
