Heh. First I draw the sketch with my pencil, then I scan it, redraw it in MS Paint, and then I use Gimp.

Really nice job. :D The crown looks really weird. I'd recommend to use lines on Photoshop. :3 But besides that: Oh I love how huge that belly of his looks like. <3
