Pongo invites Sergeant Tibbs to his country "Dalmatian Plantation" for a picnic on the grounds with some of his children and Perdita.

Needed to consult my Uncle Mike who is a retired war veteran living in England who happens to be a huge British Military enthusiast! Also pointed towards photos of English farm-houses and 1960's British fashion, talk about luck.
