It was Levi’s intention to menace the city, and prove once and for all that he could be both adorable -and- dangerous! A credible monster. But unfortunately, his life jacket had other plans. It might have been custom made and the most protective jacket available, but its threat detection system was extremely poorly calibrated. The slightest touch of water to Levi’s body would activate it fully and rapidly- and that’s just what it did! But maybe it’s best this way. After all, that inflated rubber sphere of a jacket had to have asserted Levi’s presence quite strongly!
