      I'm not claiming ownership of the character, nor am I copying any particular piece of artwork. It is an original illustration.

      If it wasn't legal, 95% of the t-shirts on RedBubble wouldn't be as well.

          Put it this way: If all those T-Shirts with the Tardis on it were Illegal, I wouldn't have made this and started selling it.
          Lord knows how many different car T-Shirts exist as well.
