Bella is a milf, widow, gryphoness character I roleplay as, age 42.

I've had a general house plan in my head for a while now, and I have finally put it on paper, so to speak.

This is a 3 bed, 2 bath home.

Utilities and bathrooms are clustered close together to supply hot water reasonably quickly.

Bedrooms are insulated from the living room and washroom by their bathrooms.

Master bedroom features a walk-in closet and an extra alcove for an office...or a sex swing. The attached bathroom features a very nice large tub/whirlpool and a shower.

The 2nd and 3rd bedrooms are equal size, and share the same in-between space for their closets and a towel cabinet in the hallway. The guest bath is equally accessible to the bedrooms as it is to the living room.

The living room lacks windows in the corner nearer the TV to reduce glare issues. short wide windows look out over the pool deck, although they are tinted. The kitchen features a straight section with a fridge, an L-shaped section with the stove and dishwasher, and an island with a pan-rack above it. There is a 'bar' on the L adjacent to the dining room which is elevated, and features drinking glasses and liqueurs for bar service.

The adjoined 2-car garage attaches to the kitchen.

Overall this is a typical home design, but this is the specific home design that I imagined for my vanilla character Bella the Gryphoness to have lived in. I reference this house extensively on Tapestries.
