A largely full-body depiction of one of Al's acquaintances: Quincy, a 20-year old Velociraptor who prefers to keep quiet except when he gets in a mood to engage in one of his long rants and speeches regarding his unorthodox beliefs and philosophy on life. A manipulative sociopath, he holds contempt for other people's focus on short-term benefits and pursuits of the flesh rather than what he considers to be truly important in life. Unlike the others, he favors manipulation and deceit over direct action when dealing with a particular situation and he is not above using people for his own gains or amusement. People fear being around him due to his tendency to intimidate people with his hard gaze, to the point that bullies avoid him (of course, his tendency to spread nasty rumors about any would-be tormentor helps as well). The only person he doesn't outright intimidate with his stare is Mr. Garsztka, the mysterious bartender at the local ice cream shop who has his own stare whom people also find creepy due to his usual emotionless conduct.
