To Live and Die For Dixie

Bellumsaur

A depiction of a group of Confederate soldiers retiring from fighting on the Eastern Front, somewhere northwest of the shelled-out ruins of Washington D.C. Many are shell-shocked and dirt-covered, with a few having clearly suffered grievous wounds in the horrific trench warfare that was distinctive of much of Alternate Paleoworld War One. The war would devastate much of North America, in particular the Confederate States which suffered great social upheaval the year following the end of the war and through much of the 1920s as Non-Saurians rebelled against the state that forced them to fight and die for a nation that didn't even represent them.
