I was inspired by various reasons to revamp my old Sonic OC.

Wes, aka Westwind (formerly known as Whitewater, or possibly is Whitewater's sibling, I'm not sure) lives in Sky Sanctuary Zone and has the ability to fly. He spends his days repairing the technology around the locale and tending to the plants. He has slight control of both water and air -- only really enough to generate mists and clouds to keep himself hidden from anyone that might enter the nearby area, and to stay perpetually aloft without having to use his wings. Wisps of misty clouds usually trail behind him when in motion. His shoes have jet boosters in them which glow reddish orange when in use (gotta go fast!!), although they usually are turned off because he likes to take things slow.
