my entry for Jujinka's Spring Festival 2014 on Furcadia.

One of the prompts was to create a new "Flerian" creature, which are animal/plant hybrids - such as the existing Flox (fox-based), Flooki (panooki/tanuki-based), Fleer (deer based), and Orchimodo (komodo dragon based).

For now, the planteater concept and species belong to me (so I'd rather you not make one of your own!). If, some day, Furcadia/DEP makes this into a real avatar, it will be released into the wilds of the internet and be free / open species (though you'll need to buy it from the digomarket to wear it in Furcadia).
