An illustration based on my favorite piece of classic literature, The Picture of Dorian Gray.
For the portrait, I didn’t want to give him an innocent expression like the original painting. It’s meant to reflect the part of the book where Dorian first notices a change in his image after his heartlessness drives Sibyl to suicide.
