Vishila's role in her city is that of Hessar; a Hex Guard. They cast hexes, curses, etc. and also protect their charges from them. Vishila's charge in this case is Akula, a powerful political and judicial figure in a city in Desik. I felt like illustrating some of this by building off of an old sketch I made of her, while also doing a bit more with the background thing I was trying in my last piece.
