This actually happened to me a few days ago when I was playing Minecraft. The pillagers aren't too hard unless they gang up on you, which is why I was able to defeat them yesterday, but a few days before that, they ganged up on me, so I had to retreat by climbing a mountain, but I panicked when they followed me and ran off of a cliff. I didn't lose too much, since most of my items were in my cellar back at my house on Pen Island, but I did end up losing my armor and my map, which stunk.

For those who care a lot about nitty-gritty details, I know that I messed up a few of them. I don't care very much, though, because if I cared about everything I made being absolutely perfect with no margin of error, I'd never get anything done.
