This Pokémon lived for hundreds of millions of years in the earth's ozone layer, high above the clouds, consuming water particles and meteors for sustinence. Legends are told of how it put to rest the clash between Groudon and Kyogre.

Brings back memories. Pokemon Sapphire was a wonderful game, and Alpha Sapphire was an incredible remake! :D
