The runic is the nguar language I made up for game, you'll find it on almost all my personal ref sheets related to game. It's phonetic, though there are a lot of guttural sounds and letter combinations that have their own rune - 'ai', 'ar', 'ch', 'ir', 'th', 'ng', 'kh', 'sh', 'th', 'zh', 'hl', 'ur', 'or', and 'ua'. There are no repeating letters and no 'c', just 'ch', all 'c's are 'k's and of course there's a whole vocabulary of words to go with it and more complex runes that denote rank, standing, past deeds, accomplishments, and titles.
