Volt is an uncommon, zippy Flashing Light. Flashing Brites are well-known for their unique ability to amp their fang’s luminosity up or down, in order to mimic the flashing patterns of their Type. They zip around recklessly, and are usually quite noisy!

This one has an extremely rare dual-color mouth, with a visible flickering 'filament' of light inside their fangs. Volt loves to press their palms against anything they can get their hands on, rather than rubbing their fangs against things as most Brites do, especially favoring glass and round objects. Being near their fangs will interfere with electronics to a small degree, and rubbing their fur too much could make a person's hair stand up!
