It's 2016, and in this year I discovered odd cartoon from 1999.
Of course i jumped on bandwagon with what is left of it's fandom, and started obsessing over this piece of shit character :D
Judgement Boy is awful, but I like him anyway. Also it's first time I saw anthro scales/weights.
And I went a bit overboard with my stylization of this character. I do like him more fluffy than in original.
