Terms of Service

By taking a commission you agree to all rules. If you have questions or concerns please feel free to ask.

Relation
I have respect for my customers, therefore, you shall respect me and my work.
If I find that you’re disrespectful, I will stop working for you and keep the money.

Process
We will chat in order to understand your expectations and define the project. I don’t set deadlines.
If you need the picture for a special event tell me at the very beginning.
You must have explicit permission to use the characters you want me to draw. Exception made for gifts.
I ask for approvals when the sketch is done and when I’m finishing the artwork. I may also ask for a ink or color approval but keep in mind that Apple computers screens have a warmer setting than most of Windows/Linux screens.

Payment
I will make an invoice for the payment. You must pay 100% of it via PayPal within 24 hours after sketch approval (because of Paypal fees). If you have difficulties to pay in time please tell me. Otherwise I will use the sketch as a YCH and you won’t have any right on it.

Modifications
You will be able to ask for modifications at any time but after your approval on the sketch, the color or the final render; modifications will be charged depending on the complexity.

Does / Doesn’t
I can refuse an order if I don’t like the subject, the characters or the situation, but I will always tell why and ask for a change.

Streaming
I may stream the digital parts of the picture; if you don’t want your commission to be streamed, please tell me at the very beginning. Otherwise I will consider it granted.

Merchandise
I have the right to sell prints, to reuse the artwork for my own advertisements. I also have the right to put the original sketch in a charity auction.
