A new character! This is Phaetos, He is a robotic vampire and can drain the energy from anything electrical with his large and very long tail, 

Allegedly he was built by a technician to show an example and aid research of parasitic loads within electrical circuits. though given how many defences and offensive capabilites he has, along with his twitchy movements and lack of sentience, this may very well have been a cover up story to the press, and may have been created for more sadistic reasons.

He is equipped with his parasitic tail, two tazers 1 located in each of his head roundals, hypersensitive antenna that he uses to detect even the slightest vibration within the air, an EMP field to slow and weaken his victims, and extraordinarily strong driving motors, making him both very strong physically and very fast for his wieght. He is also painted in a special paint which absorbs radar, meaning he will not appear on these systems, (though in the 31st century, radar systems have been long since obselete due to its limitations.) 

In addition he also has his claws, and feet which he can (by tucking in his toes) turn into skewers and, unlike most robots of his age, he can switch off his facial display during operation reducing his detectability even further. 

His head, claws and toes however are perminantely floating while they are deployed, unlike kaliko or fifi, Phaetos does not posess the ability to be able to rest his head securley on a deployable neck, it is also reletivley vunerable on its own, as the majority of defences and offences are on the body, the head only has the tazers, meaning if you are quick enough to destroy the head before the body realises the body will stop as it has nothing commanding it. 

When absorbing a victims power, he will also tend to rip the components away from the victim and shred them to pieces. He will consume them for his own gain, differernt materials serve different purposes, iron, steel titanium and other structural metals assist with defensive capabitlies and increases his capacity for being able to heal (he can indeed self-regenerate, by melting the consumed metal internally and when damage is taken, the molten metal is washed to the damaged area and repairs it.)

Uranium and other such reactive metals, including copper and gold increase his speed as these metals are very low in electrical resistance, meaning more power can be applied to his motors. He may also use this to maintain his own circuits that are not movement based. 

This is also my first evil based character, a yet unknown territory for me but it nice to change it up a little, just uhh keep kaliko and fifi clear of him as they may end up as piles of scrap too.
