This one took a little while, but at least I sketched this one out on paper and able to do this digitally. The flame or lights effects on the wings actually didn't take that long to do. I looked up tutorials on how to do that and it really helped a lot. Turned out very amazing. :)

I got 2 more to finish that this commissioner requested. ;P
