Oh look! Finally a new submission in about exactly 3 weeks hurrah!

I will say I did went on a bit of a hiatus during the February and good really came out of it, my skills moved up a level and am now really taking my own time with different ideas, poses and what not because someone once said "you can't rush art"!

Rico here makes his return in style of surfing my pencil, I really need this pencil to hand draw on! =w=

I also touched him up a bit to make him more cartoony realistic as possible, hope you enjoy! ^^
