This pic references the weather events over here during the summer titled La Nina, what that is that the summer is cooler and wetter than usual which means there could not be many hot days ahead which would personally be a little relief for me.

Rico and Skye are back but in an event where unfortunate weather is happening, since it is summer over here after all they thought they make the best of having their summer time while also bearing the lightning strikes in the distance, hope it doesn't come in their path is what Skye is concerned about, that ice-cream looks tasty too for it.

I gotten the inspiration to work real hard on this pic after getting an idea from another, while working on my cartoons may take me longer than before to make now I have to say I'm pleased with this outcome, hopefully I can continue my work for many great ideas to come.
