Long long overdue trade with tineifrinntales of FA

This is Sian. I love the character design and wanted to give her a majestic feel. So a snowy mountain at dawn came to me. I seem to like these colours a lot.

I don't know if her wings are normally translucent but I figured with the dawn sun any open membrane like the wings would have a translucent feel to them. The background isn't fully polished because I didn't want to take away from the character, who is organized oddly on the page. I will get better at digital backgrounds. I am learning alot as I mess around with different layering options, opacities and such. My lighting could be more accurate but I like it all the same.

This took me about 10 hrs today. It is actually the quickest digital painting I have ever done. Maybe one day I will be able to do speed paints.
