The Aulians are island natives from a colorful tropical paradise. Their culture is based around song and storytelling, and they have the memory to back that up and festivals where the best orators and performers from around the world gather to compete for the honor of being that year's champion.
This guy has left the islands far behind and adopted a little more conservative dress style, but it hasn't cramped his style any; he travels the world as a comedian, performing at taverns and small theaters to perfect his act. Maybe he'll be in the big leagues someday, but for now only a few scattered fans know he even exists.
