Cairo is an Intersex Male, born a male till an accident happened upon birth. Medically treated to recover with a gender replaced for one that altered the course of his life. Living with Surayan guardians, honest individuals who own a private academy for children of oddities and disabled.
Cairo has always felt himself as a boy, his guardians made sure he's educated right and full. Including the biology he has to himself, teaching how to handle his unique life. Growing up to become an Astronomer falling in love with the skies.
That also helped him build the character he is, taking on a pride as an Intersex Femboy, long living Eel-hybrid.
