Sometimes, the good die young, and sometimes, they do so while in the line of duty. Blake, the sorrowful tiger policeman, grieves on the anniversary of the death of his partner and lover, Darren. The anniversary of the death of my aunt, who was also an officer killed in the line of duty, was just last Sunday, now that I think of it. I seem to be getting a few pieces that hit home lately. Hm.
