Lighthouses by Artizek

Lighthouses

Artizek

"The written word is all that stands between memory and oblivion. Without books as our anchors, we are cast adrift, neither teaching, nor learning. They are windows on the past, mirrors on the present, and prisms reflecting all possible futures. Books are lighthouses erected in the dark sea of time."

And to think these lines came out of a Disney animated series. There was plenty of action in Gargoyles, but a ton of character arcs, complex characters, and even references to Shakespeare and Arthurian legend.

There's a few scenes with Goliath in a library and since I bought the first two seasons on DVD, I've been itching to draw him.

Go check out of the series if you haven't already. It's all on YouTube.

Goliath and Gargoyles is owned by Greg Weisman and Disney.

Now that I saw all the episodes and not re-runs like they did in disney , i feel more complete . The show had great messages and morals that tought me so much . Im happy shows like this existed :)
