After watching Nostalgia Critic's review of old school Fox Kids, I started to get into the short lived live action/animated series, Jim Henson's Dog City. This sexy collie here is Rosie O'Gravy, an intelligent police chief and secondary character in the series. OF course, being a furry myself, I just had to draw her this way. If you know what I mean.
