Scorpious was just as ruthless as his human, but in some ways, he is worse. The long-tailed weasel dæmon was violent, and he enjoyed watching things wither in pain, especially Cinderella's dæmon. He bit, scratched, growled--he was horrible. Of course, Lady Tremaine didn't mind when he was this violent. It gave her the advantage over people. However, she always had to ensure he was calm most of the time. No need to show his violence to everyone--especially those who could advance her and her daughters.

A little His Dark Materials/Disney crossover I'm doing. If you haven't read that trilogy, I suggest you do. It's very good. Especially if you like talking animals, armored fighting bears, magic, and parallel worlds.
