WAS THIS DOLL A PROTOTYPE?
no

COMMUNICATION
No communication regarding when shipping was conducted but they ship their items when they say they will.

DID THEY MEET YOUR DEADLINE?
N/A

HOW WAS THE ART DOLL PACKAGED?
Gar had his face wrapped in packing and he was gently rolled up and placed in an appropriately sized box. Goyle was mailed in a bubble mailer to reduce shipping costs.

DID YOUR DOLL ARRIVE IN ONE PIECE?
Both dolls arrived in perfect condition.

WAS YOUR DOLL SEWN?
The dolls body pattern had been sewn. Gluing was used for attaching detailing to the cast parts.

IS YOUR DOLL FLOPPY STYLE OR ARTICULATED?
Both dolls are articulated with ball socket joint. The Gar's wings are wire armature for optimal range of posability at such a small size.

STABILITY, IS YOUR DOLL STABLE?
Both dolls are very stable as their feet are constructed to bear weight at different angles of the dolls posture.

DOLL DETAIL
The cast parts are cleanly done and the stone texture is very well achieved. I am very happy with the theme of these dolls. The Goyle has magnets so he can be mounted onto metal surfaces, however I am unsure if his magnet was meant to be "free floating" or if they forgot to adhere it to the fabric as when I mount him to surfaces and pull him off, his magnet remains on the surface he was recently pried from.

FABRIC DETAILING
The fabric detail is very straight forward and basic use of two to three different colored fabrics. No over-the-type personalization done to the pelts.

MATERIALS
The fabrics used is very high quality. I did like how the Gar's fluffy fabric in his forearms and mane had more details in it naturally and think that'd be a cool thing to see more of in their work instead of continuous flat colored options.

WOULD YOU BUY FROM AGAIN OR RECOMMEND?
hell yes! I am hoping to finally get a floppy style Goyle in the future to complete the Gargoyle series (until they release a new gargoyle-styled doll)

FINAL SCORE OUT OF 5: 5
