Bird world problems: the top shelf

ArrowQuivershaft

Part of the challenge of being an Asari in a human or human-sized anthro based world is the fact that Asari generally don't grow much taller than a meter tall, even at adulthood. The wings add some height, sure, but those aren't useful for actually interacting with people normally. Everything is too big, people think you're younger than you are, you can't reach the top or even the middle shelves easily. This in addition to other issues, like not being able to drink from cups easily, people thinking you're a cannibal due to eating chicken or chicken byproducts, showers being way too wet for you, molting, not being able to wear shoes in places that require it, being unable to disarm your 'weapons' for other places... really, its just a challenge in a lot of ways. So it's no wonder these two find interesting ways to deal with challenges and get a bit sore with other people when they don't think about the challenges involved.

Here Nathan and Dawn are trying to reach a shelf to get something while out shopping, and as you can see, it's not going too well. They're trying, but physics and biology have formed an impenetrable wall to keep them from getting what they're after. Hopefully someone will help them out a bit, and won't think they're children.
