Black and sepia India ink washes were used for this along with an ink pen for details. Done on watercolor paper, which seems to work out well for ink washes. Characters are mine.

Holy crap! I forgot about Poison Elves! I may still have a couple of issues from back when I collected Elf Quest cause the comic shop guy thought he'd show me other elf related stuff.

Ihave to say I always adored the humor in Poison elves. Drew Hayes had a talent. He might not have been the most talented artist in terms of drawing (although I loved his style) but he sure could tell a story and make me laugh and cry. I'm sad he died and never came ot a kind of conclusion with the story. But they're picking it up again. :) LEt's see what they do with it!
I would have LOVEd a Poison Elces episode in your style! <3
