I was just travelling in time and space here in my mind while listening to some Caetano Veloso's music, when it gave me an idea, since the songs talks about the "earth" I wanted to draw a animal enveloped in clouds representing the mother earth. I did choosen the cow for it, because in many cultures it symbolism a mother being, but I kinda failed drawing a cow and resolved to try to study more before making that idea.

So where this one fits on that story?

Well I got this sketch while trying out the cow character, and the "wrong" facial details were looking like a lion face. That cow-lion thing remenbered me the Egyptians gods Hathor and Sekhmet, that are represented was a cow and a lion. So I resolved to make this a character inspired by Hathor and sekhmet.

Also took the chance to mae some digital painting and anatomy practice, I'm not totally sure if it's allright but I think I made progress with my bodies. It was really awesome to work on, Im getting more fluid with my paintings and Im really pleased to have done this one =D.

Took me more than 5 hours to finish haha, im crazy to have done it in just one day xD.
