Just a little tribute to Neptune Circle/Rocky Pinnacle. I used to go on to that website back in 2003-2006 and had so much fun watching a lot of the cartoons that got released on that site. Those cartoons used to make me want to make flash animations back in the day and I'm doing flash animations myself these days every once in a while.
