Before anything else, I want to thank my wonderful mate Kite for making this happen. She was the one who commissioned Curio for this image as a Christmas gift for me. She was really good about keeping it a secret, too. She probably doesn't want me to say this aloud, but she was so CUTE the way she made me leave the room at certain points while the commission was in progress and "forbade" me to enter until she was done chatting with Curio. Not to mention how ADORABLE she was once it was all finished, and couldn't wait to show it to me. I teased her and made her wait until Christmas Eve, and even then it was the last gift I opened.

...I had a suspicion that it was art related, but I wasn't expecting anything quite this amazing! I am extremely pleased with just how well this came out. Even now I can't help staring at it and grinning from earfin to earfin. I really like the coloration, too. Using light green for the belly and undertail scales looks really really good, and I'm contemplating making that Arc's standard color scheme (as opposed to light yellow.)

Honestly, I couldn't be any happier about this image than I am right now. This alone made my holidays super special, and I already have so very much to be thankful for and happy about. ^____^

Thank you so much, Curio. And Kite...I love you. Deeply. Spending this Christmas with you was easily one of the highlights of my life. <3
